Yoga for Runners with Caroline Almon
Join us for this workshop to address all areas of the body, incorporating postures that improve flexibility in the hips/hamstrings/IT bands, cultivate core power, build strength and relieve tension in the upper body. You’ll gain a better understanding of how yoga can increase both strength and flexibility, heighten body awareness thereby reducing injury, assist with recovery, and help to keep the body in balance. This innovative class is taught by competitive runner Caroline Almon.
