Yoga Nidra is an easy and pleasant way to start on the path of regular meditation. 1 hour of Yoga Nidra feels like 4 hours of conventional sleep to the physical body and mind. We will explore the different dimensions of the mind, and strengthen our zest for life…all in a simple, accessible way.
