Let's Fly! with Stephen Bickle
Join Stephen Bickle for a 2 hour inversion and arm balance workshop. This workshop will focus not just on what the inversions look like, but how to get into and out of them, areas of the asana practice that enhance and strengthen the body to make them more accessible, and of course how to include those inversions into your vinyasa practice. There will be some warm up to get the body ready to stretch and work but most of all, plan to have some fun and get upside down!
