Lower Body Yoga with Sam Belyea
Join Sam for a journey into the lower body and how yoga works to unwind it. Yoga teachers and beginning students alike will learn core muscle groups, how the body creates pain, and what yoga is the most effective for restoring the lower body.
The first hour is an interactive anatomy breakdown. The second half yoga class is a blend of joint range of motion, flow, alignment, and then finishing with restorative yoga to create a healthy working relationship with your lower body.
