Living History Event - 150th Anniversary Observance of 1862 Blue - Grey The Battle of Tampa

Re-enactors including U.S. Army Col. Robert E. Lee, 7th FL Inf. Co. B. “Straw Hats” Confederate Rifle Squad, Bagpiper, Music, Sons of the American Revolution Color Guard, United Daughters of the Confederacy Ch 2640 Colour Guard. A report of the Battle will be made in 1st person by Capt. James Pearson. A solemn grave side ceremony in honor of local hero Capt. James Gettis, including Masonic rites. Followed by free walking tour of historic sites of Downtown Tampa immediately following ceremony.
