5K Training for the Intermediate Runner
Personal trainer and long-time runner, Marilyn Bechard, leads this 8 week class for newer runners that can run 30 minutes nonstop 3-4 times a week and desire to run in a 5K. This is also a time based class that will introduce and include speed work in addition to running.
