5K Training for the Beginning Runner
Personal Training and long time runner, Marilyn Bechard, leads a 10 week class for beginner runners who have never or are not currently running. This is a time based class that uses walking and running with the outcome being able to run 30 minutes nonstop and finish a 5K.
