Northern Lights - Music of Scandinavia and the Baltics

Scandinavia has a rich tradition in music for Christmas. In this event we draw from traditional carols and text as well as from Scandinavia and the Baltic’s marvelous contemporary composers. In the rich tradition of the VCC, not only will the music be Scandinavian, but the décor and the refreshments will include a smorgasbord of delights. Our ensemble of instrumentalists will complement the choral elements of the concert with authentic instruments and repertoire. Nordic sweaters are welcomed!
