Thank You, Robot

For each show, two teams join Thank You, Robot to perform sets of unscripted comedy, never seen before and never to be seen again.

Thank You, Robot have been performing long-form improv comedy in New York City since 2006, when the members met as students at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater training center. In 2008 TYR debuted their twice monthly show Summer Fridays at Under St. Mark's Theater, a showcase for independent and established improv teams. For each show, two teams join TYR to perform… Show more sets of unscripted comedy, never seen before and never to be seen again. In Fall 2010, Summer Fridays became an official presentation of Horse Trade Theater Group.

Thank You, Robot includes members Jeremy Bent, Seth Lind, Matt Little, Christopher Scott and John Robert Wilson. Collectively they have written for The Onion, David Letterman's Monologue, and SNL's weekend update, and appeared on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon, This American Life, College Humor, and in numerous shows at the UCB Theater. Their former teachers include Chris Gethard (Comedy Central's Big Lake), Zach Woods (The Office), Dominic Dierkes (Derrick Comedy) and many other talented folks who are all over film and television.
