This international exhibition presents the work of 10 finalists for the 2011
Jameel Prize which explores long-established practices of Islamic art,
craft, and design within a contemporary framework. It is organized by the
Victoria and Albert Museum London in partnership with the Abdul Latif Jameel
Community Initiatives. Its presentation at Stanford is made possible in
collaboration with Cantor Arts Center and by the generous support of the
Cantor Arts Center Members. Admission is free
