Wednesday, May 8, 2013 6:00p
Ferguson Library Stamford, CT

Today, estimates are that over 70 percent of foods in American supermarkets contain Genetically Modified Organisms, or GMOS. Recently, Whole Foods supermarket chain announced that by 2018, it would require food labels on all products containing GMOs. What does all this mean to the average consumer? This and other issues will be explored with “GMOS: What’s In Your Food” a program at The Ferguson Library.
