Kids' Belly Dance

This course is designed for young girls, ages seven to eleven, to have fun and stay moving, through learning basic Egyptian dance technique. Belly dancing is a wonderful way to learn to move the body gracefully while gaining confidence in one''s self. The girls will work on proper posture, breathing, musicality, muscle isolation, expression, and coordination. No experience necessary.
