Film and discussion: Tony

Wednesday, May 1, 2013 7:00p to 8:30p

Join World Without Genocide for a screening of the film ‘Tony,’ about the use of child soldiers in the long-running war in Central Africa.

Warlord Joseph Kony has been indicted by the ICC on 33 counts. In March, Rwandan rebel Bosco Ntaganda asked the US Embassy to send him to the ICC. This war, which has taken 6 million lives since 1996, destroys families and uproots children throughout Central Africa and demands our attention.

Diversity PLP credit available for William Mitchell students.
