Conference: Sex, Race, Death, and the Supreme Court
World Without Genocide will offer a workshop titled Sex, Race, Death, and the Supreme Court, in partnership with the History Theatre and its production “Courting Harry,” about those contentious Supreme Court years. The workshop, open to the public, includes talks by four area lawyers on the functioning of the Supreme Court, the landmark cases of the Burger-Blackmun years, and cases on these same controversial issues today. Speakers include law professors and the director of the ACLU-Minnesota.
