New Day Rising - VocalPoint's second annual benefit concert featuring Jearlyn Steele

In its second season, VocalPoint has partnered with Avenues for Homeless Youth to raise money to end teen homelessness. Directed by Jennifer M. Anderson, VocalPoint, a 70-voice auditioned choir, presents New Day Rising on Feb. 9 and 10 at Central Presbyterian Church in St. Paul. The concert features the incomparable Jearlyn Steele, gospel singer and host of the WCCO radio show Steele Talkin’. The concert will also feature the 80-voice Youth Chorale of Central Minnesota directed by Garrett Lathe.
