Best Party EVER!

I have attended this event for a couple years now, with a group of @ 20! Its a well mixed crowd of all ages! Some barley over 21 and some that are still rockin strong at 60! I've gone to many NYE Parties and The Live Concert Contagious puts on is like going to see Aerosmith!! Big Lights, and a great production! I have read reviews on the event every year, and I know from being in the service industry there is always someone to post negativity. What you don't see is all the people that come back every year (like me) that doesn't normally post things on these sites! When you choose to go to an event its only as fun as you make it! Your overall experience is what you make of it! I have already received my tickets for this years party and look forward to rockin in the front row once again!

New Years Eve Party Contagious - READ FIRST

RESPONSE TO MUSIC JUNKIE: I am not posting negatively. I am just stating a fact. My wife and I had a great time at the party. But it was VERY LOUD and we did not anticipate that when we were going to a Hilton New Years Eve event. I was so loud that it permanently damaged my ears and I have a loud constant screech in my head now because the BAND PLAYS TOO LOUD FOR THE 4 HOUR DURATION. Whether you get Tinnitus or not, I guarantee you without wearing high decibel hearing protection you will be damaging your ears and frankly the band really does not care. Go to www.dangerousdecibels.org and research yourself. Do we wish we had not gone last year now that my life is permanently damaged. For sure, there are other rock bands to see that do not play as loud and respect your hearing more.

UPDATE:
All I am saying is go at your own risk to the Contagious New Years Eve event. I am not saying that the event is not fun but they do not manage their sound properly to protect your ears. I will tell you that they play music at decibel levels for too long of a period that WILL damage your ears. You may not get Tinnitus, but I did from this event. If you are in your 40's to 60's you are CLEARLY risking your hearing. I hear a high pitch screech in my head ever second on my day and I will for the rest of my life. You will have a good time but pray that the next morning the ringing you may have in your ears is not permanent. Go to the web site www.dangerousdecibels.org Read for yourself and make your own decision.

Be very careful if you are a person in your 40's to 60's attending this event. The band plays for 4 hours at decibel levels that can permanently damage your ears. My wife and I and another couple (in our mid 50's) attended last year and our ears rung badly the next day. I developed permanent severe Tinnitus. I have a non stop sound of a teapot whistle in my head every second of the day for the rest of my life. All because this band does not manage their sound. I believe they left the Hilton because I filed a claim against the Hilton for not managing the event properly. Attend at your own risk. I wish I would have gone elsewhere and I wish that every second of my day as I deal with my Tinnitus. The band has never responded to my inquiries

2014 New Years Eve Ball

My wife and I attended this event last year and had a great time. This year we have several couples joining us. The food was awesome and the band was amazing! Last year it was at the Hilton and it was a cool hotel. This year it moved to the Marriott and from what I see on line the hotel looks just as cool.

Last year there was an ice carving shot-luge where we had a plenty of shots, a photo area where we put on silly hats/scarfs/glasses and got commemorative photos taken, they even printed them and gave gave them out. There were a bunch of bars with good alcohol(not the cheap stuff) and fun bartenders. We even won one of the give-away prizes. Everything was included in the price of the tickets. The only thing extra we bought was a hot pizza at the end of the night that they were selling in the lobby of the hotel and took it back to our room.

We've been to several other new years eve events and after parking and everything spent more for the night and got less. We go somewhere every new years eve. This event had great food & drinks, great music and a lavish fun atmosphere where we were treated like royalty.. that's why we're partying here this year.
