The Seasons of my Weaving: Life with Summer & Winter
Margaret Roach Wheeler leads you on a journey of exploration in weaving a life. Beginning at three years old, she forged a life in fibers that has culminated in creating contemporary garments reflecting her heritage as a Native American of Chickasaw-Choctaw descent. Her weavings have been exhibited at museums across the nation. Wheeler was the recipient of the Artist-in Residence program at the Smithsonian’s National Museum of the American Indian in New York.
