Bootcamp Training Challenge
Reach your fat loss goals in 2013 with the Bootcamp Training Challenge! This small group bootcamp-style training uses bodyweight, bands, medicine balls and cardio intervals for a fun and different workout every time! You’ll receive personal attention from your trainer, the camaraderie of a group, and the fun of a bootcamp! Great for ALL fitness levels. Bootcamp members will receive additional fitness and nutrition tips outside of class to help you reach your goals!
