Our mission is to provide funding for cancer research at Siteman Cancer Center and St. Louis Children's Hospital through our annual cycling challenge. It is our hope that research funded by Pedal the Cause will ultimately lead to a cure for cancer. 100% of the funds raised STAY in St. Louis to benefit cancer research at the Siteman Cancer Center and St. Louis Children's Hospital. Our cycling challenge offers a 15,25,50,75, and 100 mile course.
