Throughout February, the Old Courthouse in downtown St. Louis will host a film series saluting great African-American historical figures. From Feb. 1st-28th, visitors can view the films “Frederick Douglass: An American Life.”,“Booker T. Washington: Looking to learn”, “Carver: Man of Vision”, and “Never Lose Sight of Freedom” will be shown.. The films will run from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. each day and will begin every hour at half past the hour. All showings are free of charge.
