A Thin Within Support Group

Kicking off 2 Thin Within groups. Group 1 is in St. Louis at our alpha omega office at 11166 Tesson Ferry Rd. It will be on Monday nights 6:30-8 for 8 weeks beginning Feb. 11

Materials for the group are $11 and are written by Kay and Dr. Arthur Halliday. Thin Within: A Grace-based Approach to Lasting Weight Loss. It is a 30 day adventure journal that is Biblically grounded and medically sound. Group time will consist of encouraging testimonies of those who have found success,… Show more and solid teachings regarding tested behavioral research on breaking strongholds of emotional eating as they are highlighted in God's Word.

This group is facilitated by a masters level counselor in training, Kathi Wallace under the supervision of Dr. D. Knight.

Call AOCC now to reserve a spot in one of these or future groups (limit 8 participants.) No walk ins to group.

Cost for the group is actually only $10 a week. You may pay 40 now and have the other half automatically withdrawn in March.

Biweekly sessions with an individual counselor are recommended for all group members to look at deeper issues for emotional eating or related strongholds.
