Bill Griffin, artistic director of the Veiled Prophet Parade, one of the longest-running parades in the country, discusses his experience in the parade industry and the elaborate preparations for this annual tradition. The talk will take place in CAM’s current exhibition, Jeremy Deller: Joy in People, inside Deller’s installation of Valerie’s Snack Bar, a working replica of a café in England. Participants are invited to enjoy complimentary tea during the talk.
