Georges Braque and the Cubist Still Life, 1928–1945 offers the first in-depth exploration of an overlooked period in the career of this leading founder of Cubism. It is the first major US museum exhibition dedicated to Braque’s work in 16 years. The exhibition is coorganized by the Mildred Lane Kemper Art Museum, part of the Sam Fox School of Design & Visual Arts at Washington University in St. Louis, and The Phillips Collection, Washington, DC.
