Global trade scholar to discuss US policy in Asia at UMSL
International trade scholar Glen S. Fukushima will speak on “Resetting U.S. Policy in Asia: Implications for Japan” at 5:50 p.m. Jan. 31 in Century Room A of UMSL’s Millennium Student Center. The program will be preceded by a reception at 5 p.m. The event is free and open to the public.

Fukushima is a Senior Fellow at the Center for American Progress. His work focuses on U.S.–Japan relations, U.S. foreign policy in East Asia and international trade.
