Tony La Russa Book Launch

Left Bank Books and Fifth Third Bank present the Official Tony La Russa Book Launch and Street Party with Bailey’s Range Monday, September 24, Noon to 5:00pm.

Meet Tony La Russa the day before the release of his memoir, “One Last Strike: Fifty Years in Baseball, Ten and a Half Games Back, and One Final Championship Season.” La Russa will sign books and pose for photographs with fans, courtesy of Studio 314, inside Left Bank Books Downtown (321 N. 10th St.). Mayor Francis Slay will issue an official proclamation at the event declaring September 24, 2012 Tony La Russa Day in honor of all that he has done for St. Louis and to celebrate this book release.

Tickets start at $30.37 for admission for up to two adults and two children to the book signing and include one copy of “One Last Strike,” which La Russa will sign. Additional ticket packages are available that include up to three copies of La Russa’s memoir. Photographs taken at the event by Studio 314 will be available for free download following the event.
