Crabill Homestead Springfield, OH

Rusty Cottrel / Black Hoof will speak about the American Indians and their history in the area. Monthly open house at the Crabill Homestead, overlooking the C. J. Brown Reservoir. The house was built in the early 1800's in a Federalist style. You may walk through the house and see how the Crabill family and tenants lived there for over 120 years. There may be hearth cooking demonstrations, or other period occupation demonstrations on any weekend it is open.
