Soccer Performance Training - Session One
Do you wish you had better stamina during the soccer game? Faster recovery? Fewer injuries?
This program is designed to enhance each player’s movement pattern and ball skills to greatly improve performance.
Training is based on the speed, reaction time, explosiveness, endurance, and accuracy for the player’s desired position. Participation will ensure decreased risk of injury and faster recovery after playing.
