Class is designed to give you a high intensity total body workout. You will hit all the major muscle groups while mixing it up with challenging group drills, cardio challenges and relay races. You willhave ultimate fun, ultimate results, and ultimate motivation! Please bring a mat/towel 2-6 lbs han weight and water. This class will begin at Trottier Track adn will move indoors in the cooler weather.
