Quattro Gastronomia Italiana, a truly authentic Italian restaurant in South Beach. Located on famed Lincoln Road, Quattro Gastronomia Italiana will serve authentic Northern Italian Cuisine, closely adhering to traditional methods of preparation and using only the finest ingredients imported from Italy. In addition to an extensive menu of Northern specialties by identical 29-year-old twin chefs Nicola and Fabrizio Carro, who are cooking for the first time in the United States, Quattro will feature monthly tasting menus that will highlight the food and wine from a particular region of Italy. The chefs have just arrived from the province of Alessandria in the Piemonte region of Italy and are currently sourcing specialty food providers and markets to select the best Italian ingredients available as everything from basics like salt and flour to Mediterranean fish and specialty cheeses will be imported directly from Italy.
