Intro to Charcuterie- Sausage Making
Learn the craft of sausage making. In this hand’s on class, sausage expert Quentin Levy will cover meat selection, preparation and trim, for grinding. We will explore seasoning and proper mixing of the sausage meat along with learning how to handle sausage casings. Each student will get a turn using the sausage maker.students will get to take home at least one sample of the sausages they’ve made.
