Adult CPR and AED Training

Above Bar CPR is an American Heart Association Training Center located in Soquel. As an AHA affiliate, we support their mission to help reduce the number of deaths from heart disease and stroke through CPR training and public access defribrillation programs. Above Bar CPR is offering free CPR and AED training every Friday. Students will learn how to perform adult CPR, use of an automated external defribillator (AED), and how to recognize the early signs of a heart attack or stroke.
