No Wimpy Winemakers! Experience the joys and frustrations of being a winemaker. We introduce zinfandel, carignane, and petite sirah, and discuss the flavor profile of each varietal explaining why they are blended together. Then each participant creates their own blend, and leaves with a 375ml bottle of their own to impress their friends. Allow for an hour and a half. Limited to 10 people.
