Fire and Earth Kitchen is proud to invite you to our next class, "Vegan Holiday Favorites" where we'll be exploring some traditional meal ideas for this holiday season, 100% vegan, gluten-free, and delicious! We'll show you how to maintain the decadence associated with holiday fare, but without the meat, cheese, and butter that often weigh us down (and put on the pounds). Fire and Earth classes are 100% plant-based, gluten-free, and open to everyone. Each class demonstrates the preparation of four to five dishes, provides beautiful recipe cards, nutritional information, and amazing food to be shared. All classes are designed to make you comfortable preparing tasty and healthful plant-based meals at home. From pantry essentials to baking a perfect gluten-free pie, we cover it all, and will help make your plant-based meals the envy of your friends. Whether you're interested in transitioning to a vegan or a gluten-free diet, or just want to learn some great meat-free, dairy-free, and gluten-free meal ideas, these classes are great for everyone. Group classes are offered in our own space at regular monthly intervals and can be registered for in advance. They are a great way to meet other like-minded people, and gain helpful cooking knowledge in an intimate, casual setting. Dishes are demonstrated, then enjoyed by everyone along with complimentary wine and beverages. Private classes can be scheduled around your interests, at your convenience, and in your own home.
Our monthly group classes are small, with a minimum of 4 people and maximum of 8. Which means you can ask questions freely, and connect with other participants. Our space is intimate with a fireplace and comfortable seating. It is a test kitchen and classroom, but it is also a home. Two cats live here (though they will not be present during class), if you are allergic please take appropriate measures beforehand, so you are completely comfortable for the duration.
