Do you feel like you should be exercising but don't want a vigorous workout? These classes might be just right for you! This program includes low-impact, range-of-motion exercises and gentle stretches recommended by the Arthritis Foundation that are suitable for every fitness level. A variety of sitting and standing exercises will help keep your joints flexible and muscles strong. The 8-week program meets for one hour, twice a week, and is designed to be relaxing and enjoyable.
