David created Espresso Vivace, and kept reinventing it. All of his equipment is pretty much tailor made to his specific specifications, and everything that goes in, on, around, and in front of said equipment is a finely tuned machine designed for the explicit purpose of creating the best coffee, including the exceptionally skilled 'chef' level baristas. There's absolutely NO going wrong, if you need coffee and you are overwhelmed with all the choices in the Seattle area, Espresso Vivace is a superior choice.
