December marks the first anniversary of the Indian Ocean tsunami that affected people in more than 12 countries, killing more than 200,000 and leaving millions without homes. To commemorate the event and to explain its impact, Jerry Anderson, senior director of the American Red Cross Tsunami Recovery Program, will address lessons learned during the response and present a photo exhibit highlighting the recovery of affected communities.
