OK, technically this isn’t rock. But Evelyn “Champagne” King on New Year’s Eve?! She’s got the champagne in her name. And now that Donna Summer is about to be inducted to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, it may be time to welcome disco to the table, hang a mirror ball and get funky to “Shame,” “I Don’t Know If It’s Right,” “Love Come Down” and “I’m in Love,” to name just a few of her disco-era R&B hits. And the Boogie Knights will get the party started with their costumed disco tribute show.
