Pink Taco

For a restaurant named after a certain unmentionable part of the female anatomy, Pink Taco is surprisingly glamorous. Think Zorro meets the Rat Pack. Plush pink banquettes and a glitzy Vegas-style bar glitter beneath Mexican-wrestler murals and stucco walls heaped with gothic crosses. Standard Mexican fare includes nachos, pork carnitas and the now infamous panuchos (pink tacos) with pink pickled onions and red salsa. For dessert, there's fried ice cream and tres leches cake soaked in sweet milk. It's the perfect place to sip a dry martini, or one of the restaurant's signature watermelon margaritas, and exchange longing glances with a stranger across the bar.
