Copita Tequileria y Comida’s new executive chef, Gonzalo Rivera has created a flavorful selection of brunch dishes, including the Aporeadillo Verde, a dish inspired by his grandmother’s recipe, and Divorced Chilaquiles withred and green chili sauce, fried eggs, house-made tortilla chips, salazar farms queso fresco. The bar will feature Mexican inspired cocktails such as Copita's Michelada, pacifico beer, tequila blanco, sangrita, fresh lime, chile salt.
