Intro to Mindfulness (three-part course)
This three-session class on Tuesdays July 9, 16 and 23 is a basic introduction to mindfulness meditation – a secular meditation practice for increasing focus and promoting well-being. We’ll help you find a good sitting posture for meditation, deal with an active mind, know what to expect at our drop-in meditation groups, and learn more about why mindfulness practice might be helpful to you.
