Tastes of the Jewish Year
Tastes of the Jewish Year cooking experiences continue at Temple Sinai with Chef’s Alyson and Mark Zildjian. “What about Citrus” is the theme of this session and the orange will be the featured ingredient. There will be an opportunity to create and then sample a tasty salad and cake. Discussion over some wine will include the role of the orange in Jewish migration and trade.
