Yoga designed specifically for moms-to-be! This class provides a safe and calming environment for moms-to-be to nurture their bodies during this special time of life. Prenatal yoga helps prepare for birth by stretching and strengthening the muscles used during pregnancy and labor. This class is for all fitness levels but consulting with your midwife or physician prior to beginning a yoga practice is recommended.
