People interested in learning about the relationship between hormones, menopause, andropause, and related issues of mid-life are invited to attend a free monthly lecture the last Wednesday of every month at G&G Supermarket in Santa Rosa at 7:00 p.m. at 1211 West College Ave., Santa Rosa.
The Changing Tide of Hormones topics include metabolism, lifestyle choices, hormonal issues and comprehensive approaches to health.
The lecture will be facilitated by Jane Kennedy, NP, MN, MPH.
