State Fund and Cal/OSHA are holding free seminars to help prevent heat illness. Attendees will learn best practice solutions for protecting their employees from heat-related illnesses, and how to update their safety programs to include a heat illness prevention plan and comply with heat illness standards. Attendees can receive continuing education credit from Cal/OSHA and the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement (DLSE) toward their Farm Labor Contractor continuing education requirement.
