Adaptive Yoga classes are designed for students with a variety of needs who are looking for a safe place to experience the multiple benefits of yoga.
These benefits include increased flexibility, greater sense of balance, moderate strengthening, and the ability to be present with the breath.
Annica leads the class to suit those who may need extra time or assistance in moving in and out of the poses. Postures can be adapted for a variety of health conditions.
