Workshop: Egg-Cellent Morning Dishes
In this class, chef instructor Maggie Cattell will teach techniques she learned at the California Culinary Academy and at the Michelin-starred Cyrus Restaurant in Healdsburg as well as other fine-dining restaurants in France and Spain.
