Canning is a great way of bottling the summertime flavor of your garden, and it really isn't as hard as it seems.
Preserving comes in many incarnations: curing, jams, jellies, cordials, sauces, chutneys, pickles and much more. In the above photo are a summer squash relish, brandied plums, pickled green beans and some garlic baby carrots - all from our garden.
