Softening the Mind-Letting Go Throughout the Day
How do we creat a meditation practice "off the cushion", taking it into ordinary life? As we interact with people thoughout the day, we can learn to use the skills of mindful awareness, while minimizing reactivity. We'll explore how metta, lovingkindness, as an underlying attitude, encourages spaciousness and letting go. There will be a sitting period, dharma reflections and a period of questions and answers. Taught by Karunadhammo Bhikku & Yatiko Bhikku.
