The Presidents of the United States of America
The Presidents of the United States of America were one of the most unlikely success stories of the post-grunge alternative rock scene in Seattle. Where the rest of their Seattle brethren traded in heavy guitars and heavy angst, the Presidents rejected torment for humor, writing short, simple, and absurd punk songs that relied more on goofy attitude than sludgy riffs and tormented screams....

Turbonegro
Trashy, hedonistic, decadent fun was the focus of Turbonegro, a band that was formed in Oslo, Norway, in the '90s but had more in common with '70s and '80s pop-metal, hard rock, and glam metal than with the alternative rock played by their Scandinavian peers....

Subhumans
U.K. anarchist punk collective Subhumans formed in the Trowbridge area of Wiltshire in 1980, comprised of vocalist Dick, guitarist Bruce, bassist Phil, and drummer Trotsky. The band enjoyed success as one of the more literate and musically athletic British punk ensembles between 1980 and 1985, occupying the middle ground between the Clash's political songcraft and Crass' experimental warfare....

I have been to the Galaxy many times and I always have a great time!! The stage set-up is awesome so regardless where you are you can see the stage!! The food is good I especially like their sauteed mushrooms but they are little bit high on price. The drinks are good and priced like most local bars and a bit cheaper than other concert places. The staff have always been helpful and very friendly!

DO go to the Galaxy for the performance. Stage is pretty nice.
- Do NOT go to the Galaxy for dinner.
- Do NOT go to the Galaxy for drinks.
- Do NOT go to the Galaxy for service.
Bad food, lousy drinks, very limited selection, horrible service, very restrictive rules. Not customer friendly.
