Santa Ana college to offer Geri-Fit Strength Training Exercise Classes for Older Adults
Build strength and increase balance! Geri-Fit strength training exercise classes for seniors will be held at Santa Ana College every Tuesday and Thursday from 2:45-3:30 pm. Fees are $64 per person for eight 45 minute classes. All senior ages and fitness levels welcome. For more info or to register, call 1-888-GERI-FIT (1-888-437-4348). Bring a set of 2-pound dumbbells, a stretch band and water to drink during the workout. No dancing or floorwork. Most of the exercises are done seated in chairs.
